Day 1 – Arrival in Moshi / Arusha
Arrive in Moshi or Arusha and transfer to your hotel. Pre-climb briefing, gear check, and preparation.

Accommodation: Hotel in Moshi/ArushaDay 2 – Rongai Gate to Simba Camp
Drive to Rongai Gate. Begin hike through lush forest and farmland to Simba Camp (2,700 m). Moderate difficulty, gentle ascent.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Accommodation: Tented camp at Simba CampDay 3 – Simba Camp to Kikelewa Camp
Hike through heath and moorland terrain, with views of Kilimanjaro’s northern glaciers. Reach Kikelewa Camp (3,600 m) for overnight rest.

Accommodation: Tented camp at Kikelewa CampDay 4 – Kikelewa Camp to Mawenzi Tarn Camp
Ascend through alpine desert and rocky landscapes to Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4,300 m). This camp is a perfect acclimatization stop before the summit.

Accommodation: Tented camp at Mawenzi TarnDay 5 – Mawenzi Tarn Camp to Kibo Camp
Hike toward Kibo Camp (4,700 m). Rest during the afternoon and prepare for summit night.

Accommodation: Tented camp at KiboDay 6 – Summit Uhuru Peak & Descend to Horombo Camp
Early morning start (~midnight) to reach Uhuru Peak (5,895 m) for sunrise. Descend to Horombo Camp (3,700 m) for rest and overnight stay.

Accommodation: Tented camp at HoromboDay 7 – Horombo Camp to Rongai Gate & Return to Moshi
Final descent through alpine terrain to Rongai Gate. Receive your summit certificate and transfer back to hotel in Moshi/Arusha for rest or departure.
